The organizers are all professionals who see and approach the beauties and challenges of hunting and game management from a practical point of view. Each of them has invested great effort in finding the right person for the right topic of the conference. The selection and invitation of the speakers was preceded by the work of a specialist committee including representatives from OWN (One With Nature), the Department of Wildlife Management at the Ministry of Agriculture, the University of Sopron and Hungarian state forestry companies (Gemenci Forest and Game Management Zrt., Mecsekerdő Zrt., Gyulaj Forestry and Hunting ​​Zrt. and Pilisi Parkforest Zrt.).
